Sesame Chikki Ingredients:

Roasted Peanut 1 Cup
Butter 1 tsp

Sesame Chikki Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add Sesame and roast it on medium to low flame for 2 minutes and then dish out it.

Step 2: Now again take a pan and add 1 cup sugar and stir it on medium to low flame until it’s melted and then use low flame and add 1 tsp butter and stir it well and add roasted Sesame from (step 1) and stir it for 1 minute.

Step 3: After that turn off the flame and then take a cutting board and spread with oil and then put it and spread it and set it well from all sides and draw Cut into squares. After that rest it until it become into room temperature. After that your Sesame Chikki is Ready and your can store it for 1 month in an airtight container.

Gram Chikki Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add 1 cup sugar and stir it on medium to low flame until it’s melted and then use low flame and add 1 tsp butter and stir it well and add roasted Gram and stir it for 1 minute.

Step 2: After that turn off the flame and then take a cutting board and spread with oil and then put it and spread it and set it well from all sides and draw Cut into squares.
