Ingredients:

Potatoes 3 Large (Cut into Finger Shape)
Salt 1 tsp
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce:

Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1/4 Cup (Grated)
Milk 1/2 Cup
Plain Flour 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Black Olives as you required

Ingredients for Masala French Fries:

Potato 1 Large (Cut into Finger Shape)
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Anardana Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ajwain 1 Pinch
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Water 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take bowl and add Potatoes 3 Large (Cut into Finger Shape) and add Salt, Corn Flour and mix it well. Now fry them until it become into light golden color.

Step 2: Now divide them into 3 parts. Add Garlic Powder for garlic french fries.

Step 3: Make cheese sauce for cheesy french fries. Take a pan and add Butter and melt it and then add Plain Flour and slightly stir it and then add Milk and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and stir it on medium to low flame for 2 minutes. After that your Cheesy Sauce is Ready and put it on french fries and place black olives. Your Cheesy French Fries are Ready.

Step 4: Now make masala french fries. Take a bowl and put Potato 1 Large (Cut into Finger Shape) and Paprika Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Anardana Powder, Salt, Ajwain, Cumin Powder, Corn Flour and mix it well and then add Water 1 tsp and mix it well. Now fry them. Your Masala French Fries are Ready.
