How to make Achari Chap Shoro Recipe at Home by Kitchen With Amna.
Wheat Flour 2 Cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as you required
Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Shangrila Mixed Pickle Paste 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Wheat Flour, Salt and mix it well and then add Oil and mix it well and then add Water and knead it well and rest it for 1/2 hour at room temperature.
Step 2: Take a pan and add oil and then add onion and stir it well and fry it until it become into white color and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add Tomato and stir it well and then add Salt, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder and stir it well and then add Chicken Mince and stir it well and cook until it becomes into white color and then add 2 cups water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and add Green Coriander and stir it well and then add Shangrila Mixed Pickle Paste and stir it well and turn off the flame and rest it until it becomes into room temperature.
Step 4: Now make balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it and spread chicken stuffing on it and then take another ball and rolling it and put on the stuffing and make a bread (Watch video for proper understanding) After that put on the preheated tawa/pan and spread some oil and cook it from both sides until it becomes into golden color. Follow this and make all Achari Chap Shoro.
