Afghani Chicken Karahi Recipe. Eid Special Chicken Karahi by Kitchen With Amna

Ingredients:

Chicken 1 Kg
Green Chilli 10 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp (Chopped)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add chicken, salt, ginger garlic paste and stir it and then cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 2: After that remove lid and stir it and then add Black Pepper and stir it and then add Green Chilli and stir it and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame with lid.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and add oil, ginger and stir it for 5 minutes on medium to high flame. After that turn off the flame and add Lemon Juice and stir it. Your afghani chicken karahi is ready.
