Afghani Fateer Pyazi Without Oven

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Warm Water as you Required
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Filling Ingredients:

Onion 1 (Chopped)
Milk as you required
Oil as you required
Green Coriander as you required
Chilli Flakes as you required
Salt as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: Make balls of the dough and take a ball and press it and rolling it and then spread Oil and then sprinkle Onion, Green Coriander, Chilli Flakes, Salt and then roll it and make ball and then again rolling it and then put on the preheated tawa/pan and then spread milk on it and cover with lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes and then change the side and cook it from both sides. Follow this and make all Afghani Fateer Pyazi Without Oven.
