Aloo Chop Recipe. Potato Chop Aloo Tikki Recipe by Kitchen With Amna

Coating Ingredients:

Chickpea flour 1 Cup
Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Water as you required
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Tikki Ingredients:

Boiled Potatoes 2 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/4 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chickpea flour, Rice Flour, Ajwain, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Baking Soda, Turmeric Powder and mix it well and then add water as you required and mix it well.

Step 2: Now take a pan and use medium flame and add Oil and add Cumin and slightly fry it and then add onion and stir it and slightly fry it and then add Green Chilli and stir it and then add Boiled Potatoes and Mashed it and mix it and then add Button Red Chilli, Cumin, Coriander Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Ginger Powder, Green Coriander and stir it on low flame and then turn off the flame and dish out it and leave it until it become in room temperature.

Step 3: Now make circle shape tikiyan and then dip it into batter (from step 1) and fry it into preheated oil. Apply this method for all Potato Chops. Your Potato Chop is Ready.
