Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required
Potato Stuffing Ingredients:
Boiled Potato 4 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Pomogranate Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
Milk as you required
Sesame Seeds as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Boiled Potato, Onion, Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Ginger Powder, Cumin, Pomogranate Seeds Powder, Coriander Seeds, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and mix it well. Your Potato Stuffing is Ready.
Step 3: Now make balls of the dough and then take a ball and press with hands and stuff potato filling and then bind it well and then rolling it and then fork it and spread with milk and then sprinkle Sesame Seeds and then spread milk on back side of the naan and then put it on preheated tawa and cook it on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and then turn the tawa and rotate it on high flame until it become into golden brown color and then spread ghee/butter/oil. Your Aloo Naan is ready. Follow this and make all aloo naan with this method.
