Khoya Ingredients:
Powdered Milk 2 Cups
Milk 1 Cup
Desi Ghee 2 tbsp
Halwa Ingredients:
Desi Ghee 1 Cup and 1/4 Cup
Powdered Sugar 2 Cups
Eggs 9
Almond 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Pistachio 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Yellow Color 1 Pinch
Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp and 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg and Mace Powder 1/2 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pot and add 2 tbsp ghee and slightly heat it and then add milk and stir it and cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes and then add Powdered Milk gradually with stir and cook it with stir for 5 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 2: After that your khoya for halwa is ready and now add Powdered Sugar and stir it on medium to low flame until it’s melted. After that add 1 cup desi ghee and stir it and cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add 9 eggs and add Yellow Color and whisk it well and then gradually add it and stir it on very low flame for 5 minutes. After that add Nutmeg and Mace Powder, Green Cardamom Powder and stir it on medium to low flame for 5 minutes. After that add Almond, Pistachio and stir it on medium to low flame for 5 minutes again. After that your Egg Halwa is Ready.
