Ingredients:

Eggs 6
Milk Powder 1 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Ghee 1 Cup
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg and Mace Powder 1 Pinch

Direction:

Take a pan/pot and add Ghee, Sugar, Eggs and whisk it well and then add Milk Powder and mix it well and then cook it for 25 minutes on medium to low flame with stir (Use Hand Whisk) and then add Green Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg and Mace Powder and stir it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. Now take a bold and put it and set it well and then garnish with Almond, Pistachio and press ki and then rest it for 2 hours on room temperature. After that your Anday ka Mesub or Ande ki Mithai is Ready.
