Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required
Oregano for sprinkle
Butter for brush
Chicken Topping Ingredients:
Boiled Chicken 1 Cup (Shredded)
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 5 to 6 (Chopped)
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 Cup
Plain Flour 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Other Topping Ingredients:
Tomato Ketchup as you required
Cheddar Cheese Grated as you required
Capsicum as you required
Tomato Slices as you required
Button Red Chilli as you required (Crushed)

Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.
Step 2: Take a pan and add Oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and slightly fry it and then add Onion and stir it until it become into white color and then add Plain Flour and stir it and then add milk and stir it on medium to low flame and then add Green Chilli and stir it and then add Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and stir it and then add Boiled Chicken and Vinegar, Oregano and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that your Chicken Topping is Ready.
Step 3: Now dust dry flour on slab and place dough and divide into 2 parts (you can make 2 medium sizze pizza) and then make dough balls and take a ball and rolling it and then take a baking tray and grease with oil and place it and fork it and spread Tomato Ketchup and then sprinkle Grated Cheddar Cheese and then place chicken topping from step 2 and then place Capsicum, Tomato Slices and again sprinkle Grated Cheddar Cheese and then brush with egg and sprinkle Button Red Chilli. Now bake it for 15 minutes on 200c. (Preheat for 15 minutes on 200c)
Without Oven. Preheat pot for 10 minutes on medium flame and bake for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.
