1. yes at 180c for 25 minutes or depend on your oven. and this is not cake this is a sponge cake which we use for cream cake frosting

  1. Can we use caster sugar instead of powdered sugar because normally I cake recipes you use caster sugar that’s why I am wondering. A awesome recipie by the way making it right now???
