Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as you required
Beef Tikka Ingredients:
Boneless Beef 200gm
(Marinate with 1 tsp raw papaya paste for 1 hour)
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 2 (Crushed)
Oil 1 tsp
Tikka Masala 1 tsp
Pizza Topping Ingredients:
Pizza Sauce 1/4 Cup
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Tomato 1/2 (Chopped)
Black Olives 5 (Chopped)
Mozzarella Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup (Grated)
Oregano and Thyme as you required
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Instant Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk and then add Oil and knead for 10 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Boneless Beef, Yogurt, Garlic, Oil, Tikka Masala and mix it well and marinate it for 1 hour. After that take a pan and put it and cook it for 30 minutes on low flame with lid. After that remove the lid and stir it for 1 minute on high flame and then turn off the flame and dish out it and leave it until it become into room temperature.
Step 3: Now take a large pot/patila and put some salt and place stand or any steel bowl and cover it and preheat it on medium flame until pizza is ready to bake (approx 10 minutes on medium flame).
Step 4: Now take pizza dough and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and place pizza dough and push it and then rolling it and make a roti and then take a pizza pan and grease it with oil and then place this roti on it and then brush pizza sauce on it and then sprinkle Mozzarella Cheddar Cheese and place beef tikka and then sprinkle onion, Capsicum, Green Chilli, Tomato and sprinkle all Mozzarella Cheddar Cheese and then place Black Olives and then sprinkle Oregano and Thyme. Now your Pizza is ready for baking.
Step 5: Now remove the lid from the pot/patila and place pizza tray and bake it for 20 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your pizza is ready.
Oven User: Preheat your oven for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 15 minutes on 200c.
