- Rice 2 Cups (Soaked)

- Green Chili 10
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 Cup
- Button Red Chili 1 tsp
- Indian Bay Leaf 2
- Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Aniseed 1 tbsp (Crushed)
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Illicium verum 1 tbsp (Crushed)
- Coal for Smoke
- Beef Stock 4 Cups
- Biryani Essence 1 tsp

If 2 Cups Rice (Required 4 Cups Beef Stock)
If 3 Cups Rice (Required 5 Cups Beef Stock)
If 4 Cups Rice (Required 6 Cups Beef Stock)
