White Rice Ingredients:

Rice 2 Cups (Soaked for 1 Hour)
Salt 2 tsp
Water as you required (Boiled)

Spaghetti Ingredients:

Spaghetti 1 Cup (200 gms)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp (For Spaghetti boiling)
Water 3 Cups
Carrot 1 (Chopped)
Capsicum 2 (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/2 (Chopped)
Green Onion 2 (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp (For Vegetable Fry)

Sauce Ingredients:

Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp

Chicken Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Oil 1/2 Cup
Onion Small 1 (Chopped)
Garlic 6 Cloves (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Chicken Powder 1 tsp
Hot Sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Tarka Ingredients:

Garlic Cloves 10 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 10
Oil 1 tbsp

Step 1 White Rice: Take a pot and add as you required water and boiled it and then put salt and soaked rice and stir it and boiled it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame. After that strainer it. your rice is ready. Dish out it.

Step 2 Spaghetti: Take a pot and add 3 cup water and boiled it and then put Salt, Oil and stir it and then add Spaghetti and boiled it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that strainer it. Now take a pot and add oil for vegetable fry and add Green Onion (White part) and slightly fry it and then add Carrot and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Capsicum, Cabbage, Green Onion (Half Green Part) and stir it and add Black Pepper Powder and stir it on medium flame for 2 minutes. After that put boiled Spaghetti and mix it well. Your Spaghetti is Ready. Put on the Rice Dish.

Step 3 Sauce: Take a bowl and add Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Ketchup, Chilli Garlic Sauce and mix it well. Your Sauce is Ready.

Step 4 Chicken: Take a pot and add Oil and heat it and then add Garlic and stir it and then add onion and slightly fry it and then add chicken and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then Salt, Cumin Powder, Lemon Juice, Soya Sauce, Hot Sauce, Chicken Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove lid and add Ketchup, Chilli Garlic Sauce and stir it for 1 minutes on high flame and turn off the flame. Your Chicken is Ready. Put on the Rice Dish after Spaghetti.

Step 5 Tarka: Take a pan and add oil and heat it and then add Garlic Cloves, Green Chilli and stir it and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that put on the Rice Dish after chicken. and in last Garnish sauce from step 3. Your singaporean Rice is Ready.
