Ingredients:
Ladyfingers 1/2 kg
Beef Mince 1/2 kg
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Onion 4 (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Powder 1 tsp (Optional)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 Cup (Just for Beef Mince)
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pot and add oil 1/4 cup and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and slightly fry it and then add Beef Mince and stir it on medium flame for 3 minutes and then add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Green Chilli Powder and stir it well and then add Tomato and stir it well and then cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 2: After that remove the lid and stir it well for 2 minutes on high flame and then turn off the flame.
Step 3: Now take a karahi and add oil as you required and preheat it and then fry the Ladyfingers and put into mince pot (from step 2) and then fry the onion and put into mince pot and mix it well and then cook it on very low flame for 10 minutes with lid. After that your Bhind Keema is Ready.
The recipe is nice. Can we use mutton Keema instead of beef.
