Bread Slices 8
Boiled Potatoes 2 (Chopped)
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup (Grated)
Water as you required
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Step 1: Take a bowl and add potatoes and mashed it and then add Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and mix it well and then add Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Button Red Chilli, Green Coriander, Green Chilli and mix it well. Your Stuffing is Ready.
Step 2: Now take a bread slice and cut it into circle size and apply this method for all bread slices.
Step 3: Now take a slice and spread some water on both side and press it and then put 2 tbsp stuffing (from Step 2) and then take another bread slice and spread some water on both sides and press with hands and then cover it and binding it from edges.
Step 4: Now fry it into full preheated oil. When desire color is become then your bread kachori is ready.
