Bread Slices 8
Boneless Chicken 1 Cup
Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Pizza Sauce 1/2 Cup
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Small Onion 1 (Chopped)
Sweet Corn 2 tbsp (Boiled)
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Olives as you required
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and preheat it and then add Boneless Chicken and fry it on medium flame until it’s color changed. After that add Vinegar, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Sweet Corn and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add half pizza sauce and stir it and then turn off the flame and add 4 tbsp cheese and stir it. Your Chicken filling is Ready.
Step 2: Now take a pot and put salt and place a stand and cover with lid and preheat it on medium to low flame.
Step 3: Now take a steel bowl/katori and grease with oil and take a bread slice and cut it from the edges and then roll it and make it thin and spread pizza sauce and place it on the katori/bowl and set it well and then put some cheese and chicken topping from step 1 and then put the cheese full and then sprinkle the Button Red Chilli and with same method make all katori and bake it into preheated pot for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your Bread Katori Pizza is Ready.
