Bread Slices 12
Melted Butter 1/2 Cup
Milk 2 Cups
Sugar 1 Cup
Fresh Cream 200ml
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Raisin 2 tbsp
Almond 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Pistachio 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Milk 1 Glass
Custard Powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Eggs and add Sugar and whisk it well and then add Melted Butter and whisk it well and then add Fresh Cream and whisk it well and then add Milk and add Green Cardamom Powder, Vanilla Essence and mix it well. Now your mixture is ready.
Step 2: Now take a cake mould and cut the Bread Slices into small pieces and put them into cake mould and then put mixture from step 1 and set it well and then sprinkle Raisin, Almond, Pistachio and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.
Without Oven: Preheat your pot for 5 minutes on medium flame and bake for 40 minutes on medium to low flame.
Oven: Preheat your oven for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 30 to 40 minutes on 180c.
Step 3: Take a pot and add milk and boiled it and then add sugar and mix it well and then take a bowl and add custard powder and add 4 tbsp milk and mix it well and put into boiled milk and stir it well on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes after that turn off the flame and your Custard is ready.
Step 4: Now serve the bread pudding with custard.
