Ice Cream Ingredients:

Fresh Cream 400ml
Condensed Milk 1/2 Cup
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Almond 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Butterscotch Sauce Ingredients:

Fresh Cream 1/2 Cup
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt 1 Pinch
Milk 1/4 Cup

Ice Cream Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add sugar and melt it on medium to low flame with stir and then add Butter and stir it well and then add Almond and stir it well and turn off the flame and take a mold and grease with butter and put this batter and rest it until it become into room temperature. After that Crumbled it. Now your Caramel Crunch is Ready.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add fresh cream and beat/whisk it well and then add Condensed Milk and beat/whisk it well and then add Vanilla Essence, 1/2 Caramel Crunch from step 1 and mix it well.

Step 3: Now take a ice cream box/container and put all ice cream batter and then sprinkle remaining 1/2 Caramel Crunch and cover it and freeze it for 1 day or 6 hours into freezer. After that your Ice Cream is Ready.

Butterscotch Sauce Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add milk and cream and mix it well.

Step 2: Take a sauce pan and add sugar and melt it on medium flame and then add Butter and stir it well and then add cream and milk mixture (from step 1) but gradually and stir it continuously and then stir it on medium flame for 5 minutes. After that your Butterscotch Sauce is Ready. You can sprinkle this sauce on ice cream as you required for pure Butterscotch taste.
