Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients:

Milk 2 Cups
Brown Sugar 1 Cup
Egg Yolk 2
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
White Sugar 1/2 Cup
Almond Essence 1 tsp
Fresh Cream 3 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a sauce pan and add Brown Sugar and stir it and melt it on low flame and then add Butter and stir it well and then add Fresh Cream and stir it well on medium flame. Your Butterscotch Sauce is Ready.

Step 2: Now take a pot and add Milk and boiled it and then take a bowl and add Egg Yolk and add sugar and whisk it well and then put it into milk and stir it well and then add Butterscotch Sauce and stir it well and then add Almond Essence and stir it well.

Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Corn Flour and add some milk and mix it well and then put it into pot and stir it well and cook it on medium flame with stir until it become thick form. After that turn off the flame and put it into cups and rest it into refrigerator for 1 hour. After that topping with Fresh Cream and sprinkle some almond and serve it.
