Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Milk 1 Cup
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Sugar 1/4 Cup (For Caramel)
Step 1: Take a Pan and add Sugar 1/4 Cup and make it’s Caramel on medium to low flame. (Melt the sugar on medium flame and then stir it on medium to low flame until it’s color changed). After that take a bowl and put this and set it from all sides.
Step 2: Take a Pot and fill it with half water and then place a stand and cover it and make it’s steam on medium flame.
Step 3: Take a bowl and add Milk and add Sugar and mix it well and then add eggs one by one and whisk it well and then add Vanilla Essence and whisk it well.
Step 4: Now put this batter into Caramel bowl and cover it with alumunium foil and remove the cover of the pot and place it and cover it with lid and cook it on steam for 30 minutes on medium flame. After that your caramel egg pudding recipe.
can we use something else to cover the bowl (expect aluminium foil)
