Chaat Masala Recipe. Ramazan Recipes by Kitchen With Amna
Ingredients:
- Coriander Seeds 4 tbsp
- Button Red Chilli 15
- Mango Powder 1 tbsp
- Citric Acid Powder 1 tbsp
- Ajwain 1 tsp
- Black Salt 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
- Fennel 1 tbsp
- Cumin 2 tbsp
- Ginger Powder 1 tsp
Direction/Method:
- Take a pan and add Coriander Seeds, Button Red Chilli, Ajwain, Fennel, Cumin and roasted it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Now take a grinder jar and add this roasted masala and grind it well and then put into a bowl and add Citric Acid powder, Mango Powder, Ajwain, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Ginger Powder and mix it well. Your Chaat Masala is Ready.
