  • Coriander Seeds 4 tbsp
  • Button Red Chilli 15
  • Mango Powder 1 tbsp
  • Citric Acid Powder 1 tbsp
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Black Salt 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
  • Fennel 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Powder 1 tsp


  1. Take a pan and add Coriander Seeds, Button Red Chilli, Ajwain, Fennel, Cumin and roasted it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  2. Now take a grinder jar and add this roasted masala and grind it well and then put into a bowl and add Citric Acid powder, Mango Powder, Ajwain, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Ginger Powder and mix it well. Your Chaat Masala is Ready.
