Kofta Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Gravy Ingredients:
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp (Chopped)
Green Chili 2 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Shangrila Hyderabadi Pickle 1 tbsp
Water 2 Cups
Oil 4 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Green Coriander, Green Chili and mix it well and make kofta/balls with hands and take a pot/karahi and fry them until they beome into golden color.
Step 2: Now take a pot and add oil 4 tbsp+Remaining Oil and then add onion and fry them until they become light golden color and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add Tomato and stir it well and add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder and stir it well and add 1 cup water and mix it well and cover with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: After that remove lid and stir it well and add Yogurt and stir it well and then add fried koftas and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that remove the lid and stir it well and add 1 cup water and add Shangrila Hyderabadi Pickle 1 tbsp and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 4: After that remove the lid and sprinkle Garam Masala Powder, Ginger, Green Chili, Green Coriander and turn off the flame and serve it. Your Chatpata Kofta Karahi is ready.
