Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required
Boneless Chicken 1 Cup (Cut into Cubes)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder/Paste 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese Slices as you required
Pizza Sauce as you required
Grated Mozzarella Cheese as you required
Onion as you required
Capsicum as you required
Black and Green Olives as you required
Oregano Dry as you required
Red Chilli Flakes as you required
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.
Step 2: Take a pan and add oil 2 tbsp and preheat it and then add chicken and stir it well and cook it until it become into white color and then add Salt, Garlic Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder and stir it well and then add Vinegar and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it well and turn off the flame. Your Chicken is Ready.
Step 3: Now make 2 parts of the dough one is small and second is large. Take small part and rolling it and half cook it on tawa/pan on low flame from both sides.
Step 4: Now take large size dough ball and rolling it and put on the baking tray (grease the tray with oil) and place Cheddar Cheese Slices and then place half cook dough (from step 3) and bind with uncooked dough and then spread Pizza Sauce and sprinkle Grated Mozzarella Cheese and Onion, Capsicum and place Black and Green Olives and then sprinkle Oregano Dry, Red Chilli Flakes and bake it into oven or into Patila/pot. After that your Cheese Burst Pizza is Ready.
Without Oven: Take a pot and put salt and place a stand/steel bowl and cover with lid and preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame and then bake the pizza for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.
Oven: Preheat the oven for 25 minutes on 200c and then bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 200c.
