Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Potatoes 2 (Boiled)
Mozzarella Cheese as you required
Onion 1 (Grated)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Mustard Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Tikka Masala 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Plain Flour as you required
BreadCrumbs as you required
Eggs 2 (Beaten)
Step 1: Take a pot and add Oil and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and add Boneless Chicken and stir it well until it becomes into white color and then add Tikka Masala and stir it for 10 minutes on high flame. After that turn off the flame and rest it until it becomes into room temperature.
Step 2: Now take a chopper machine and add cooked chicken and then add boiled Potatoes, Onion, Green Coriander, Green Chili, Mustard Powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder and chopped it well in chopper machine.
Step 3: Now make donuts with this batter. Take some batter and make a ball and then press it and then place Mozzarella Cheese and bind it and then cut with cutter and make donuts shape. Watch Video for proper understanding. Follow this and make all donuts.
Step 4: Now take a donut and coat with plain flour and then coat into egg and then coat with BreadCrumbs. Follow this and make all donuts. After that deep fry them into oil until they become into golden brown color. Your Cheesy Chicken Donuts are ready.
