Cheesy Tikka Roll (Make & Freeze) Ramadan Recipes by Kitchen With Amna.

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Grated as you required
Roll Sheets as you required

Folding Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 tbsp
Water as you Required

Coating Ingredients:

Plain Flour as you required
Eggs 2
Breadcrumbs as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add chicken, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice and mix it well and then add Yogurt and add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Paprika Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder and mix it well and then add Oil and mix it well. Now rest it for 30 minutes. After that take a pan and put this and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame with lid. After that remove the lid and stir it on high flame until it become dry. After that turn off the flame and add Onion, Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise and mix it well. Now your Chicken Tikka filling is Ready.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Plain Flour 2 tbsp and add some water and mix it and make paste for folding rolls.

Step 3: Now take a Roll Sheet and place chicken tikka filling and then add Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Grated and then fold it and use flour paste from step 2 and fold and roll it well. Watch Video for proper understanding. Follow this and make all rolls and take a freezer box and put this rolls and you can freeze it for 1 month.

Step 4: When you want to eat it. Open the freezer box and take the rolls and deep fry it or another method you can try it. Coating Method: You can coat the roll with Plain Flour, Eggs and Breadcrumbs and then fry it. You can also freeze it after coating.
