Bread Slices 4

Stuffing Ingredients:

Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Chicken Breast 1 (Boiled and Shredded)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 1
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese 1 Cup (Grated)

Coating Ingredients:

Chickpeas Flour 1 Cup
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda 1 Pinch
Water as you required


Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and onion and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add boiled chicken and stir it and then add Black Pepper Powder, Button Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Green Chilli, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Tomato Ketchup and mix it well and cook for 2 minutes on medium to low flame. After that Your Chicken Stuffing is ready.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Chickpeas Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder and mix it well and add Water and mix it well (batter should be normal thin).

Step 3: Now take a bread slice and spread chicken stuffing on it and then spread Mozzarella Cheese and cover with other bread slice and cut it into sandwich style and then before coating add Baking Soda and mix it well and then coating with chickpeas flour batter and then fry it into preheated oil until it become into golden brown color. Apply this method on all bread slices. Your Chicken Bread Pakora is ready.
