Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 Small (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Pizza Sauce 2 tbsp
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup (Grated)
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.
Step 2: Take a pan and add oil and then add Chicken Mince and stir it well on medium flame until it’s color changed and then add Onion, Capsicum and stir it well on medium flame for 3 minutes and then add Salt, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper Powder and stir it well and then add Pizza Sauce and stir it well and turn off the flame. Your Chicken Stuffing is ready.
Step 3: Now make 2 balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it and then spread Pizza Sauce on the half side and place Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and chicken stuffing on the half side of the dough and then brush with egg on the edges and then fold it and fork it on the edges and cut with knife from center. Step 4: Now take a baking tray/pan and grease with oil and then place this and bake for 20 minutes on 200c. Your Oven Should be Preheated for 25 minutes on 200c. Follow this and make all Chicken Calzone. After that your Chicken Calzone are Ready.
