Chicken Boti Kabab Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste 1 tbsp

Cheese Sauce Ingredients:

Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Plain Flour 1 tbsp
White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Garnish Ingredients:

Green Coriander
Button Red Chilli (Crushed)

Chicken Boti Kabab Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken and add Vinegar and mix it well.

Step 2: Take another bowl and add Yogurt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Green Chilli Paste and mix it well and then add chicken (from step 1) and mix it well and rest it for 1 hour.

Step 3: After that take wood sticks and put chicken and then cook it on preheated grill pan/tawa/pan and grease with oil. Your Chicken Boti Kabab is ready.

Cheese Sauce Direction:

Take a pan and add oil and add plain flour and cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes and then use low flame and add milk gradually and stir it well for 2 minutes and then add White Pepper Powder and stir it and then add Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup and stir it and turn off the flame your cheese sauce is ready.

Garnish Direction:

Now take a pan and put all the boti kabab and spread the cheese sauce and then sprinkle Button Red Chilli and then cheese and then Green Coriander and cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes on very low flame. After that your Chicken Cheese Boti Kabab is Ready.
