Chicken Boiling Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 Kg
Garlic Cloves 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 3 Cups

Coating and Frying Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water 2 tbsp

Gravy Ingredients:

Oil 2 tbsp
Green Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ketchup 1/4 Cup
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli 2 to 4 (Chopped)
Garlic 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Chicken Stock 1/2 Cup


Step 1: Take a pot and add Chicken, Garlic Cloves, Salt and add 3 cups water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on high flame after 5 minutes use medium flame and further cook it for 15 minutes with lid and use medium flame. After that remove the lid and separate the chicken and remaining 1/2 cup chicken stock. Now rest the chicken until it’s become into room temperature. Chicken Stock will be use in gravy.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Corn Flour, Baking Powder, Button Red Chilli, Salt and mix it well and then add 1 egg and mix it and then add 2 tbsp water and mix it well and then add boiled chicken from step 1 and coating it with this paste and fry it into preheated oil until it’s become into golden brown color.

Step 3: Now take a pot and add Oil 2 tbsp, Crushed Garlic and stir it and slightly fry it and then add Chopped Green Chilli and slightly fry it and then add Chicken Stock from step 1 and stir it and then add Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, Ketchup and stir it on medium flame for 1 minute. After that add fry chicken from step 2 and stir it on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. After that add Green Onion and stir it and turn off the flame and dish out it.
