Water 10 Cups
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Green Onion 1 (Chopped)
Carrot 1 (Chopped)
Eggs 2
Garlic Cloves 4
Ginger 2 inch
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour 4 tbsp
Sweet Corn 1 Cup (Boiled)

Ingredients for serving 1 Soup Bowl:

Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp
Hot/Chilli Sauce 1/2 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli (Dip into Vinegar)


Step 1: Take a pot and add 10 cups water and then add Chicken, Green Onion, Carrot, Garlic Cloves, Ginger, Salt and stir it and cook it on medium flame for 30 minutes.

Step 2: After that strainer the chicken and other things and your Chicken Stock is Ready, and shredded the Boiled chicken, and take a grinder jar and put the Boiled Sweet Corn and grind it.

Step 3: Now put chicken Stock into a pot and use medium flame and add Sweet Corn paste from step 2 and stir it and then add shredded chicken and stir it well and add Black Pepper Powder and cook it until it’s boiled.

Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Corn Flour and add some water and mix it well, and take a other bowl and separate the egg white and egg yolk. Use only Egg White.

Step 5: After that use high flame and add corn flour gradually from step 4 and stir it well and then add 2 egg white gradually and stir it well on high flame. Now cook it for 2 to 5 minutes on medium flame. After that your Chicken corn soup is ready.

Step 6: Now serve it into a soup bowl and sprinkle Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Hot/Chilli Sauce, Chopped Green Chilli and enjoy it into winter season.
