Kabab Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Grated)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
Green Chili 2 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Jali Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Salt 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Onion, Green Coriander, Tomato Ketchup, Green Chili, Ginger Garlic Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt and mix it well and make kababs.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Eggs, Salt, Corn Flour and beat it well.
Step 3: Now take a karahi and add oil and preheat it well and then take a kabab and dip into beated eggs and put it into karahi and follow this and put all kababs and then sprinkle beated eggs on the kababs during fry them.
