Chicken 1/2 Kg
Rice 2 Cup (Soaked for 1/2 Hour)
Carrot 1 Cup (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Raisin 1/4 Cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Almond 6 (Chopped)
Salt 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Step 1: Take a pot and add 4 tbsp oil and add Carrot and fry it for 4 minutes with stir and dish out it and then add Raisin and slightly fry it and dish out it and then add Almond and slightly fry it and dish out it.
Step 2: Now add 1/2 Cup oil into pot and preheat it and then add onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add Chicken and stir it until it become into white color and then add salt and stir it well and then add 2 cups water and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and stir it and add rice and add 2 cups water and slightly stir it and cook/dry it’s water on high flame without lid. When water become dried then add Garam Masala Powder and add Carrot, Raisin, Almond and cover with lid and cook it for 15 minutes on low flame. After that your chicken kabuli pulao is ready.
