Boiled Chicken 1 Cup (Shredded)
Carrot 1 Cup (Grated)
Cabbage 1 Cup (Chopped)
Capsicum 2 (Chopped)
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp (Powder)
Green Onion 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Oil 4 tbsp
Macaroni 1 Cup (Boiled)
Mozzarella Cheese 1 Cup (Grated)
Plain Flour 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp (Powder)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Milk 1 Glass
Roll Patti as you required
Plain Flour 2 tbsp
Water as you required
Step 1: Take a pan and add oil 4 tbsp and add Cabbage and stir it well on medium flame for 3 minutes and then add Carrot, Capsicum and stir it well on medium flame for 2 minutes and then add Boiled Chicken, Green Onion, Salt, Black Pepper, Soy Sauce and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: Now take a another pan and add Oil 1 tbsp and add Plain Flour and stir it well on medium flame for 2 minutes and then add milk gradually and stir it well and add Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder and stir it well and cook it on medium flame for 3 to 5 minutes or until it become into sauce form and then add boiled Macaroni and stir it well for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: Now put the Cooked Macaroni (from step 2) into chicken pan (from step 1) and stir it well and add Mozzarella Cheese and turn off the flame and mix it well. Your mac-chicken stuffing is ready.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and add 2 tbsp Plain Flour, Water as you required and mix it well and your flour paste is ready.
Step 5: Now take a Roll Patti and place mac-chicken stuffing and fold it (watch video for proper understanding) Follow this and make all rolls. After that deep fry them until they become into golden color. After that your Chicken Mac-Cheese Rolls are Ready.
