Chicken Mayo Buns Recipe Without Oven at Home. A New Chicken Recipe by Kitchen With Amna. A Kids lunch box idea with Chicken Mayo Buns.
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Boiled Chicken 1 Cup (Shredded)
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup (Grated)
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Capsicum 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it’s rise.
Step 2: After that take a bowl and add Mayonnaise, Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper Powder, Button Red Chilli, Capsicum and mix it well and then add Boiled Chicken and mix it well and then add Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and mix it well. Your topping is ready.
Step 3: Now remove the cover from the dough and dust dry flour on the slab and punch it and then roll it and cut it into small pieces and make small balls (Watch Video for complete method) Now take a ball and press it and spread the chicken mayo topping. Make all buns with this method. Now take a baking tray and grease with oil and place all the buns and bake it into preheated patila/cooker/pot for 20 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your Chicken Mayo Buns is Ready.
Oven: Preheat for 25 minutes on 200c and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 200c.
Without Oven Patila/pot/Cooker: Take a pot and put salt and place a stand or steel bowl and cover with lid and preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame and bake for 20 to 25 minutes on medium to low flame.
