How to make Panini Sandwich With Chicken and Cheese filling. A Step by Step complete Chicken Panini Sandwich without oven making panini bread and then make chicken filling and sauce and make delicious Chicken Panini Sandwich by Kitchen with Amna.

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp

Chicken Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts 2
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Hot/Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

Chilli Garlic Sauce 1/2 Cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup
Mozzarella Cheese Slices 100gm

Panini Bread Direction:

Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it’s rise.

After that dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and roll it and make it’s medium size balls and take a dough ball and slightly roll it into sandwich shape (Watch Video for proper understanding) and make all bread with this method and cover with cloth and rest/rise it for 1/2 hour.

After that take a pan/tawa and preheat it and then bake it on the tawa/pan on low flame until both sides cooked properly (it’s may take 2 to 3 minutes each sides) Follow this and make all breads.

Your Breads is Ready Now.

Chicken Direction:

First cuts on the chicken and take a bowl and add chicken then add Vinegar, Salt, White Pepper Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Paprika Powder and mix it well and then rest it for 1/2 Hour.

After that take a pan/pot and add 2 tbsp oil and put this chicken and cover with lid and cook it first 2 minutes on medium flame and then cook it for 20 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your Chicken is Ready and dish out it and cut it into small pieces.

Now add 2 tbsp oil into pan/pot and add Capsicum, Onion, Soya Sauce, Hot/Chilli Sauce and stir it on medium flame for 2 minutes and then add chicken and stir it and turn off the flame. Your Chicken Filling is Ready.

Panini Sandwich Direction:

Take a bowl and add Chilli Garlic Sauce, Mayonnaise and mix it well. Your Sauce is Ready.

Take a Panini Bread and cut it into 2 parts and spread Sauce and then place chicken filling and then place Mozzarella Cheese Slices and cover it.

After that take a grill pan or simple pan/tawa and preheat it and grease with oil and then place all sandwiches and cook it from both sides until it’s become into golden brown color. After that Your Panini Sandwiches is Ready.
