Chicken Sajji

Sajji Chicken Ingredients:

Whole Chicken 1.25 Kg
Vinegar 1/4 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp

Sajji Masala Ingredients

Black Pepper 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Black Salt 1 tsp
Mango Powder 1 tsp

Sajji Rice Ingredients:

Boiled Rice 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Raisin 2 tbsp
Almond 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala:
Green Cardamom 4
Star Anise 1
Cloves 4
Black Cardamom 1
Cinnamon 1

Sajji Chicken Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Vinegar, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt and mix it well and marinate it on the chicken and rest it for 1 night into refrigerator.

Step 2: After that take a pot and put salt and place a steel bowl and cover with lid and preheat it on medium flame for 10 minutes. Now take a baking tray and grease with oil and place the chicken and bake it for 2 hours (1 hour each side). After that your chicken is ready.

Sajji Masala Direction:

Step 3: Take a pan and put Black Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Cumin and slightly roast them and put into grinder jar and grind them well and then add Mango Powder, Black Salt and mix it well. Your Sajji Masala is ready. Now sprinkle this masala (as you required) on the chicken.

Sajji Rice Direction:

Step 4: Now take a pot and add oil 4 tbsp and then add onion and fry them until it become into golden brown color and then add Garam Masala and stir it well and then add Raisin, Almond and stir it well and then add 2 tbsp water and stir it and add salt and mix it well and then add Boiled Rice and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. After that your Rice is Ready.

Step 5: Now put this rice into Whole Chicken and then serve with rice and you can also serve with tomato and lemon for garnish.
