Chicken Sliders Recipe by Kitchen With Amna

Today I am making Chicken Sliders Recipe or also Called Chicken buns, Chicken Burger, Chicken Sandwich make without oven by Kitchen With Amna. A Step by Step Complete Recipe of Chicken Sliders.

Chicken Sliders

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required

Filling Ingredients:

Boiled Chicken 1 Cup (Shredded)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

Tomato Ketchup as you required
Grated Cheddar Cheese as you required
Mozzarella Cheese Slices as you required
Egg as you required
Sesame as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: After that take a baking mold and grease with oil and then make balls of the dough and place all of them into baking mold and cover with lid and rest for 30 minutes more.

Step 3: Now take a pan and add Oil and add Onion and slightly fry them and then add Shredded Boiled Chicken and stir it well and then add Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Garlic Powder, Paprika Powder and stir it well and then add Capsicum, Soy Sauce and stir it for 2 minutes and then turn off the flame and add Mayonnaise and stir it well. Your Chicken filling is ready.

Step 4: Now take a pot and preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame and then place dough balls/bread and cover with lid and bake for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. Oven Users preheat for 25 minutes on 200c and bake for 10 minutes on 200c.

Step 5: After that cut the bread into 2 slices and then spread Tomato Ketchup and then sprinkle Grated Cheddar Cheese and then spread chicken filling from step 3 and then place Mozzarella Cheese Slices and cover it with upper bread slice and then brush with egg and sprinkle Sesame and bake for 10 minutes into preheated pot or bake into oven for 10 minutes on 200c. After that your chicken sliders are ready.
