Chicken Soup Recipe by Kitchen With Amna


  • Chicken Stock 6 Cups
  • Boiled Chicken 1 Cup (Shredded)
  • Corn Flour 1/2 Cup
  • Egg White 3
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 1 tbsp


  1. Step 1: Add Chicken Stock into a pot and boiled it after that add Boiled Chicken and mix it and use medium flame here.
  2. Step 2: On the other Hand Add 1/4 Cup Water into Corn Flour and mix it well and add into pot gradually and add salt, Black Pepper Powder, Vinegar, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce and mix it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame or Cook until desired thickness. Your Chicken Soup is Ready.

  • Murgi ki Yakhni 6 Cups
  • obli hoi Murgi 1 Cup (reshye ki hoi)
  • Corn Flour 1/2 Cup
  • Andye ki safaedi 3
  • Kali mirch ka Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Namak 1/2 tsp
  • Sirka 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 1 tbsp

Direction/Method in Urdu:

  1. Step 1: Ek bartan main murgi ki yakhni dal ke us ko obal lye pher is main obli hoi Murgi ke reshye dal dye our darmyani anch rakhye.
  2. Step 2: Dosari taraf corn flour main 1/4 cup pani dal ke mix kar lye our is ko ahista ahista dalte jaye our achi tarha se mix kar lye. pher sath is main namak, kali mirch ka powder, sirka, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce our is ko achi tarha se mix kar ke 2 minutes ke liye pakaye darmyani anch per ya pher itna pakaye jitna ap gahra chahtye hain.
    Ap ka Chicken Soup tyar hai.
