Chicken 1/2 Kg
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice/Vinegar 1 tbsp
Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Pulao Ingredients:
Rice 1/2 kg (Soaked for 1/2 Hour)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Whole Garam Masala:
Bay Leaf 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Cloves 4
Green Cardamom 3
Black Pepper 6
Star Anise 1
Cinnamon 2
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Yogurt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Tikka Masala, Lemon Juice/Vinegar, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Oil 1 tbsp and mix it well and then add Chicken and mix it well and rest it for 1/2 Hour.
Step 2: After 1/2 Hour cook it into Grill pan or Pan/Tawa or pot. Here I am using Grill Pan. First of all grease it with oil and then preheat it on medium flame. After preheat cook the chicken from both sides 10 to 15 minutes each side on medium flame. Now your Chicken Tikka is Ready.
Step 3: Now take a pot and add oil and preheat it and then add onion and fry it until it’s become into golden brown color. After that add Whole Garam Masala and stir it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Garam Masala Powder and stir it well and add some water and stir it well. After that add Yogurt Masala from Step 1 and 2 and stir it well and add 1/2 cup water and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame.
Step 4: After that add 3 glass water and boiled it and then add Soaked Rice and stir it and cook it on high flame until it’s water dried. After that add chicken tikka from step 1 and 2 and cover with lid and cook it on very low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. After that your Chicken Tikka Pulao is Ready.
