Boiled Macaroni 1 Cup
Boiled Potatoes 2 (Chopped)
Boiled Chickpea 1 Cup
Boneless Chicken 150gm or 1/2 Cup
Yogurt 2 Cups
Fresh Cream 1/2 Cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Chopped Capsicum as you required
Chopped Carrot as you required
Chopped Onion as you required
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, Soya Sauce, Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp and mix it well and rest it for 10 minutes in room temperature.
Step 2: After 10 minutes Take a pan and add oil and put marinated chicken and cook it for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with lid. After that Your Chicken is ready.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Yogurt, Fresh Cream, Mayonnaise, salt and mix it well.
Step 4: Now take a large bowl and add Boiled Macaroni, Boiled Potatoes, Boiled Chickpea and mix it and then add cooked chicken and then add (Yogurt, Fresh Cream, Mayonnaise mixture) from Step 3. After that sprinkle Chopped Capsicum, Chopped Carrot, Chopped Onion, White Pepper Powder, Black Pepper Powder. Your Chinese Dahi Bhare is Ready.
