Plain Flour 1 Cup
Powder Sugar 2 Cups
Cocoa Powder 1/2 Cup
Butter 1 Cup (200gm)
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Dark Chocolate 200 gms
Cream 200ml (Whipped)
White Chocolate (Opional)
Step 1: Take a pot and put salt and place a stand and cover with lid and preheat it on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add butter and add Powder Sugar and beat it well and then add 4 eggs one by one and beat it well and then add Cocoa Powder and fold it well and then add Vanilla Essence and mix it and then add Plain Flour and fold it well. Your brownie batter is ready.
Step 3: Now take a cake mould and grease with oil and place a butter paper and put this batter and set it well and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your brownie is ready.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Dark Chocolate and melt it for 1 minute into microwave and add whipped cream and mix it well. Now put this on the brownie and set it well, and rest it for 2 hours into fridge.
Step 5: After that decorate with melted white chocolate and place a cheery. Your chocolate brownie mousse is ready.
