Plain Flour 1 Cup (125gm)
Powder Sugar 1 Cup (125gm)
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp (15gm)
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Milk 1/3 Cup
Oil 1/4 Cup
Dark Chocolate 1 Cup
Fresh Cream 1/2 Cup
Icing Sugar 2 tbsp
Pistachio 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Take 2 bowls (1 for Egg White and 2nd for Egg yolk) and beat egg white first until it become creamy and then take yolk bowl and add Powder Sugar and slightly beat it and then add Plain Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Vanilla Essence, Milk, Oil and mix/fold it well and then put it into egg white bowl and fold/mix it well. Now your cake batter is Ready.
Now take a chiffon cake mold and grease with oil and place a butter paper and put the cake batter and bake it.
Without Oven: Preheat the pot/patila/cooker (before preparation for cake batter) for 10 minutes on medium flame and bake for 30 minutes on medium to low flame.
Oven: Preheat on 180c for 30 minutes and bake for 25 minutes on 180c.
Take a bowl and add Fresh Cream, Dark Chocolate and melt it into microwave for 30 seconds or double boiler it, and mix it well and add Icing Sugar and mix it well. Your sauce is ready.
Now spread all sauce on the cake and sprinkle with Pistachio. Your cake is ready.
