Plain Flour 2 Cups (250 gms)
Powdered Sugar 1+1/2 Cup (250 gms)
Butter 1+1/4 Cup (250 gms)
Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Take a large bowl and add melted Butter and beat it well for 2 minutes and then add Powdered Sugar gradually and beat it well and then add 1 egg and beat it for 15 second and then add 2nd egg and beat it for 15 second and with same method add 3rd and 4th egg and beat it well and then add Vanilla Essence, Baking Powder and slightly beat it and then add Plain Flour gradually and slightly beat it. After that add half Chocolate Chips and fold the batter and then put it into cake mold. Take a cake mold and grease with oil/butter and place a butter paper and grease on it and put this cake batter and set it well and tap it and then sprinkle Chocolate Chips and bake it into preheated patila/pot for 45 to 60 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your cake is Ready.
Oven User: Preheat for 30 minutes on 180c and bake for 45 minutes on 180c.
Microwave: Use full power and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or depend on microwave power.
