Churma Ladoo Recipe. Easy Laddu recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Wheat Flour 2 Cups
Jaggery/Gur 1 Cup
Ghee 1 Cup
Poppy Seed as you required
Nutmeg Powder 1/4 tsp
Mace Powder 1/4 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Water as you required
Dry Coconut Powder 1 tbsp
Pistachio 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Wheat Flour and add Ghee 1/2 cup and mix it well and then add Water and knead a hard dough.
Step 2: Now make small ball of the dough and deep fry them for 8 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: After that cool them and then grind them well and make it into powder shape. After that add Nutmeg Powder, Mace Powder, Green Cardamom Powder, Dry Coconut Powder, Pistachio, Almond and mix it well.
Step 4: Now take a pan and add Poppy Seed and roast it well on medium flame.
Step 5: Now take a pan and add 1/2 cup ghee and add Jaggery/Gur and melt it on medium flame and then put it into dry batter (From Step 3) and mix it well. Now make small size ladoo with this and then coat with roasted Poppy Seed. Follow this and make all Churma Ladoos.
