Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Semolina 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as you required

Green Chutney Ingredients:

Green Coriander 1 Bunch (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Tamarind Chutney Ingredients:

Tamarind Pulp 1 and 1/2 Cup
Sugar 4 tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Chaat Ingredients:

Boiled Black Chickpeas as you required
Boiled Potato as you required (Chopped)
Onion as you required (Chopped)
Tomato as you required (Chopped)
Green Chutney as you required
Tamarind Chutney as you required
Chaat Masala as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Semolina, Cumin, Salt and mix it well and then add oil and mix it well and then add water and knead it and make a normal dough not too hard and not too soft. After that cover it and rest it for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Now go for Green Chutney, take a grinder jar and add Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Lemon Juice and add 1 tbsp water and grind it well and then add salt and mix it. Your Green Chutney is Ready.

Step 3: Now go for Tamarind Chutney, take a pan and add Tamarind Pulp, Sugar and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame with stir. After that add Chilli Flakes, Cumin Powder, Ginger Powder, Salt and mix it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame with stir. After that your Tamarind Chutney is Ready.

Step 4: Now go for dough and make cones, Remove the cover from dough and divide into 3 parts and make 3 balls. Take a ball and rolling it and then cut it into 4 slices and then take a cone and roll it (Watch Video for proper understanding) Follow this and make all cones and deep fry it until it become into light goldne color. After that your Cones is Ready.

Step 5: Now take a cone and fill it with Boiled Black Chickpeas, Boiled Potato, Onion, Tomato, Green Chutney, Tamarind Chutney One by One and as you required and then sprinkle Chaat Masala. Your Cone Chaat is Ready. Follow this and make all Cone Chaats.
