Cake Sponge Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Powder Sugar 1 Cup
Egg White 4
Egg Yolk 4
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Whipped Cream as you required
Fruit Cocktail 1 Cup
Mango 1 (Small Slices)
Strawberry 1/2 Cup
Cocktail/Sugar Syrup as you required
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Egg White and beat/whisk it well and then add 3/4 cup Powder Sugar gradually and whisk/beat it well until it becomes into creamy form. After that take another bowl and add Egg Yolk, Vanilla Essence and add 1/4 cup Powder Sugar gradually and whisk it well.
Step 2: Now take a large bowl and put both batters from step 1 and whisk it well and then take another bowl and add Plain Flour, Baking Powder and mix it well and strainer it well. Now add gradually this dry batter and fold it well. Now your cake batter is ready.
Step 3: Now take a cake mold and grease with oil and place butter paper and put this cake batter and set it well and bake for 20 minutes on medium to low flame (Oven: 180c for 25 minutes) Your Oven Should be preheated on 180c for 20 minutes. If you bake without oven then your pot should be preheat on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Step 4: After that your cake sponge is ready and rest it until it become into room temperature. Now cut it into 3 slices take a slice and spread with Cocktail/Sugar Syrup and then place Fruit Cocktail, Mango, Strawberry and then spread Whipped Cream and then place second cake slice and spread with Cocktail/Sugar Syrup and then place Fruit Cocktail, Mango, Strawberry and then spread Whipped Cream and then place third cake slice and spread Cocktail/Sugar Syrup and cover with Whipped Cream and decorate with fruits and whipped cream.
