Crispy Honey Chili Chicken Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Chicken Fry Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken 350 gm (Finger Slices)
- Plain Flour 1 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder 1 tsp
- Button Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Sauce Ingredients:
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
- Green Onion 1 tsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Tomato Puree 2 tbsp
- Green Onion green part 1 tsp
- Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
- Sesame as you required
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Water 1/4 Cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
Direction/Method:
- Step 1: First take a bowl and add Egg, Garlic Powder, Button Red, Chili, Salt, Soy Sauce, Plain Flour, Corn Flour and mix it well.
- Step 2: Now add (above mixture) into Boneless Chicken and mix it well and fry it. (add one by one Finger Slices into oil)
- Step 3: Now We will make sauce.
Add 1 tbsp Oil into Pan and add Garlic and normal fry it and add green onion, Button Red Chili, Tomato Puree, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt and mix it well and add Honey, Water 1/4 Cup and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. After that add fried Chicken (Which Prepared in above Step) and add Lemon Juice and mix it Well, here use High Flame and continuously mix until all sauce absorbed into Chicken. and add Sesame, Green Onion green part. Your Crispy Honey Chili Chicken is Ready. Enjoy it.

- Lahsun (2 javye Crushed)
- Shehad 2 tbsp
- Tomato Puree 2 tbsp
- Hari Piyaz ka hara part 1 tsp
- Khushk Gol Lal Mirch 1 tsp (Crushed)
- Til hasbe zarorat
- Lemo ka rus 1 tsp
- Pani 1/4 Cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
Direction/Method:
- Sab se pehle ek bowl lye us main ek anda, Lahsun ka Powder, Khushk Gol Lal Mirch, Namak
Soy Sauce, Maida, safaid makkai ka atta dal ke achi tarha se mix kar lye. - Pher is mixture ko Murgi ke Gosht main dal ke mix kar lye. Pher is ko Fry kar lye. lambai main kate gosht ko ek ek kar ke oil main dalye fry ke liye.
- Fry ke bad ap sauce banye us ke liye ek pan ya bartan lye us main 1 tbsp oil dalye our sath Lahsun dal ke fry kare thora sa pher is main Hari Piyaz, Khushk Gol Lal Mirch pisi hoi, Tomato Puree, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce our namak dal ke mix kare achi tarha se. our pher is main shahad our 1/4 pani dal ke mix kar ke is ko 5 minutes tak darmyani anch per pakne dye. pher jab pak jaye is main fry hoa chicken dal dye is ko mix kare our sath he lemo ka rus dal dye our high anch rakh ke is ko mix karte jaye jab tak sauce chicken main jazb na ho jaye. pher is per til our Hari Piyaz ka hara part kata hoa dal dye.
