Crispy Moong dal Namkeen Recipe How to Make Moong Dal Namkeen by Kitchen With Amna
- Moong dal 2 Cups Soaked (add 1/4 tsp baking soda and soaked for 1 day)
- Salt as You Required
- Cotton Cloth
- First of all Dry Moong dal with Cotton cloth and then deep fry it. (Oil Should be Fully Heated and use High Flame all time). After that Sprinkle Salt and mix it well and then rest it until it become into room temperature and then store it into container for 2 months.
