How to make Croissant Recipe Without Oven. A Step by Step Easy Croissant Recipe by Kitchen With Amna. Croissant Recipe With Homemade Dough. Make Croissant on Pan with Quick and Easy Method.

Ingredients:

Plain Flour 4 Cups (500 gms)
Butter 2 tbsp
Powder Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Butter 200gms
Egg 1

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Powder Sugar, Salt, Yeast and mix it well and then knead the dough with Warm Milk and then add Butter 2 tbsp and knead it well and then cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours.

Step 2: After that dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and roll it and cut it into small 15 pieces and make small dough balls and then roll all of them and make breads.

Step 3: Now take Butter 200gms and take a tray and place 1 bread and spread with some butter and then place second bread and again spread butter do this again and again and place all 15 breads. After that cover it and rest it for 1 hour into fridge.

Step 4: After that dust dry flour on kitchen slab and rolling this and make a 1/2 inch thin bread and then cut it into small slices (Watch Video for this) and then roll each slice and place on baking tray, and rest it for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Now bake them.

Oven: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 20 minutes on 200c
Without Oven on Pan: Preheat the pan and place them and cover with lid and bake for 25 minutes on medium to low flame. Turn them after 15 minutes and then bake back side for 10 minutes.

Your Croissants are Ready.

  1. Hi! MashaAllah ur doing a fabulous job. Today tried making croissants n they turned out really well as far as their look was concerned but taste was not that good. Maybe I added a little less sugar that’s why but this will definitely not stop me from trying.
